Order Cancellation Before Shipment

We understand that plans can change — and we strive to make order cancellations as easy as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to process your cancellation before the order ships.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it at that stage. However, you may still return the package once it arrives. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
