Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern payment obligations and billing procedures between Express Tee Prints (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • Taxes and Fees: Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal

2.3 Payment Due Date

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due at checkout.
  • Subscription Services: Payment is due on the renewal date of your subscription.

3. Invoicing

  • Invoice Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order completion.
  • Delivery: All invoices are sent electronically to your registered email address.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is correct and current.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

  • Late Fee: Payments not received by the due date may incur a 1.5% monthly interest (or the maximum allowed by law) on the outstanding balance.

4.2 Suspension of Services

  • Suspension: Services may be suspended if payment remains unpaid 10 days after the due date.
  • Reinstatement: Services resume once full payment, including late fees, is received.

5. Disputed Charges

  • Notice Period: Disputes must be reported in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Contact: Send disputes to support@expressteeprints.com with your invoice number and details.
  • Resolution: We investigate and resolve disputes promptly.

6. Refunds and Credits

  • Policy Reference: Refunds and credits follow our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Taxes

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable sales or use taxes.
  • Exemption: Provide a valid tax exemption certificate if applicable at purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: Any billing errors will be corrected immediately upon discovery.
  • Overcharges: Overpayments will be refunded or credited promptly.
  • Undercharges: You may be invoiced for undercharged amounts.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

9.1 Automatic Renewal

  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Notification: A renewal reminder may be emailed before your billing date.

9.2 Cancellation

  • How to Cancel: Submit a cancellation notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  • Effect: You retain service access until the end of your current billing cycle.

10. Payment Security

  • Data Protection: All payment data is securely handled under PCI DSS standards.
  • Processor: Payments are processed via Shopify Payments; we do not store card data.
  • SSL Encryption: Transactions are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

  • Right to Modify: We may revise these Terms at any time.
  • Notice: Updates take effect once posted on https://expressteeprints.com.
  • Acceptance: Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • No Indirect Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
  • Venue: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas, USA.

15. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding billing matters and supersede prior agreements.
